If you started out at Il Caffe Rifugio, this will probably be your first stop. Its maybe an eighth of a mile from the restaurant to the Deming Homestead Eagle Park. This is a well maintained park with a completely flat walking trail, benches, markers, etc.
This is a great spot to just hang out and watch the eagle activity in the winter.
